SANTA BARBARA, California — LogicMonitor hired an executive to "spearhead" its AIOps and generative AI strategy.
Logic Monitor, a provider of hybrid observability software powered by AI, named Karthik Sj its general manager of artificial intelligence, according to the company last month.
Proir to joining LogicMonitor, Sj worked at Aisera, an enterprise GenAI company, where he led the global product and go-to-market teams for the last five years.
Sj will be responsible for advancing AI-powered hybrid observability solutions for enterprises through the company's LM Envision platform.

"This strategic hire is the catalyst LogicMonitor was looking for to exponentially propel our existing AI capabilities," said Christina Kosmowski, CEO, LogicMonitor.
Previously, Sj held various of roles at SAP, from engineering to product management, with a specialization in AI. He has launched several zero-to-one products and scaled them to "over $50 million in ARR."
"We're seeing a paradigm shift starting to happen where enterprises are no longer comfortable uploading their proprietary data to hyperscalers for AI projects," Sj said. "Companies want to keep their data where it is and bring AI to where the data resides."
LogicMonitor's LM Envision hybrid cloud observability platform is designed to support predictability and reduce IT troubleshooting.
