If you’re an attorney, it’s exciting to know that there’s an AI out there willing to take work off your plate, so you can deliver better, faster services to clients. Skills Learned: This introduction to the legal significance of AI, offered by Lund University via Coursera, will help you understand AI’s potential impact on the administration and application of law in the public sector, the legal relevance of AI in the private sector and its importance to labor law, competition law and health law. In the examination of the public sector, the course will address the ways AI can be used in criminal law, how to use it to model law and how authorities can use it to optimize services. In the private sector discussions, the course will address how AI can predict legal outcomes and how big data is being used to impact the financial markets.

Use the exam prep tools to get up to speed on the AI life cycle, AI risks and responsible AI governance. There are free resources available if you want to study on your own and take the test.
