Catherine Brinkman

Catherine Brinkman is a senior sales and AI strategy leader focused on helping organizations apply AI with clarity, restraint and measurable impact. She is currently completing an AI Residency at Sailes AI, where she leads a small cohort as Team Captain, applying AI inside real world sales environments.

Her background spans corporate training, AI integration and business development across technology, finance, manufacturing and professional sports. She spent 18 years with Dale Carnegie Training and now works with Tyson Group, helping teams strengthen partnership and sponsorship sales. Catherine has worked with organizations including the Chicago Bears, Airbnb, JMI Sports, Tesla, Oracle, Visa, Uber and Fisher Investments.

She co-hosts the AI-focused podcast The CatBot AI and was named one of The 10 Most Empowering Women in Business in 2024. She is also a 2025 VKTR Contributor of the Year and the 2022 recipient of the Reworked Collaboration Excellence Award.
