Chris Sheehan

Chris Sheehan is the SVP and GM of strategic accounts at Applause, a testing and digital quality company based in Framingham. Sheehan enables the success of the company's strategic account business, including strategy, sales and operations to ensure continued growth and customer success of its largest customers. Since joining Applause in 2015, Sheehan has held roles on multiple teams, including software delivery, product strategy and customer success.

Sheehan has over 22 years of experience with high-growth companies as an operating executive, investor and board member.

Prior to Applause, Sheehan was COO of venture-backed TrueLens, a data platform. Previously, he served as general partner at an early stage technology VC fund and in operating roles at the enterprise software company BEA Systems and Stax, a global strategy consulting firm.

He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.
