Mika (Jaeyun) Noh is a cultural strategist, researcher and curator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cultural policy and digital cultural infrastructure. Her work explores how AI is reshaping creativity, knowledge systems and digital institutions, and how societies can design governance frameworks that ensure technological innovation remains human-centered and culturally responsible.
She has worked across government and policy institutions, including the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Seoul Metropolitan Council, contributing to cultural policy, governance design and public-interest regulation. In parallel, she develops media art and digital culture initiatives through Space Ba and collaborates with international digital art platforms such as Niio Art, connecting artists, technologists and institutions across regions.
Mika’s work focuses on the cultural and institutional implications of AI — examining how algorithmic systems are transforming authorship, creative labor and cultural memory. Through research, writing and public engagement, she translates complex technological developments into cultural and policy frameworks that help leaders navigate the future of AI responsibly.
