Tiffany Prince, an award winning and internationally renowned speaker, consultant, coach and owner of Prince Performance LLC, who provides services for AI adoption, change leadership, and culture alignment within organizations for the future of work to a range of companies and industries. She has first-hand knowledge of Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, US Federal Government, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. She has designed international development and change programs in the US and EMEA region, working with Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years. 

Tiffany published, Top of the Mountain Leadership - The Future of Performance and Productivity in a Technology Changing World, in 2019 to examine how AI and globalization will impact the future of work and provided practical guidance for leaders and teams to prepare for this new reality. Through her vast experience in working with companies and interviewing top leaders from around the world from companies such as Zappos, Sodexo, Amgen, and the WD-40 Company, she was on the forefront of the impacts of AI in the workplace. Today, many have called her a visionary for many of her predictions from the book are coming into reality now.

Tiffany obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University.  She has served in multiple board member roles for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) including the President of the Metro DC Chapter, VP of Membership of ATD Chicagoland and served as the National Advisor for Chapters for ATD. She is serving on the Business Intelligence Council of Chief Learning Officer, SHRM’s Voice of Work Research Panel, and a former co-organizer of the Career and Workforce Development tracks of the Chicago AI Days conference. She was also a member of the Learning Directors Network within the Learning Performance Institute (LPI) in the UK. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair role for the Women in Bio, Pittsburgh Chapter.

Tiffany loves traveling the world with her husband and taking walks with their dog, Sadie. She also enjoys riding roller coasters and scuba diving in her downtime.
