Quantum Workplace released AI-Powered Action Planning, a new solution that addresses the challenges of taking action based on employee survey results last week. The solution provides insights and recommendations on how to optimize the survey response process.
Taking an Actionable Approach to Employee Feedback
The latest release in Quantum Workplace’s AI solutions, Action Planning is designed to enhance the post-survey process by providing a step-by-step approach on how best to respond to employee feedback with effective engagement initiatives. “An effective engagement survey strategy must capture employee voice, uncover insights and importantly, lead to effective action to improve engagement,” a Quantum Workplace spokesperson told Reworked.
Key features of Action Planning include:
- Team reports and walkthroughs that define key terms and guide managers through metrics.
- Focus areas that prioritize which actions take precedence to address employee needs.
- Analytics and nudging capabilities that remind managers and HR leaders to provide timely responses to surveys.
- AI-powered team discussion starters and action ideas that are tailored to team needs.
“To maximize the effectiveness of our AI-powered tools and provide intelligent, actionable suggestions, our discussion starters and action ideas follow a set of guidelines,” a Quantum Workplace spokesperson told Reworked. The guidelines set in place ensure organizational best practices that prioritize confidentiality, emphasize future-oriented approaches and integrate into daily workflows.
To ensure data security and privacy, the Quantum Workplace platform is hosted on a secure cloud service provider with isolated model interaction.
What to Do With Employee Feedback
According to a report by Gallup, despite the importance of gathering, responding to and acting upon employee feedback, only 8% of employees feel that their organization takes action on surveys. Companies need to recognize that employee surveys are only the start. Once the employee has taken the time to share their thoughts, it’s up to the employer to determine what changes are necessary and work towards introducing the changes.
Quantum Workplace was founded in 2002. Headquartered in Omaha, Neb., the company provides a suite of HR technology solutions that focuses on employee performance and engagement.
