MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — The AI customer experience (CX) company Level AI hired an executive to oversee its sales, customer success, revenue operations and partnerships.

Level AI named Matt Weil its chief revenue officer (CRO), according to the company last month.

Most recently, Weil served as SVP of worldwide sales at Highspot, a sales enablement platform.

"He has a rare blend of early stage and growth experience in cutting-edge technology organizations," said Ashish Nagar, CEO, Level AI.

Nagar said Weil's "deep expertise and leadership will be invaluable" as Level AI continues to scale.

At Highspot, Weil helped lead the company through a significant growth phase and a 20x increase in revenue, according to Level AI.

Previously, Weil served as VP of sales at Sunrun, VP of sales at Verisign, president and CEO at Teneros and VP of sales for the internet infrastructure services group at Neustar, according to LinkedIn.

Early in his career, Weil worked as an account manager and senior account executive.

He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Lake Forest College.

Weil said Level AI is at a "pivotal time," and he looks forward to "working with the team to accelerate our growth."
