The course includes detailed case studies illustrating the impact of generative AI on customer interactions, sales methods and service optimization. 3. Sales Strategy: Using AI and Automation To Sell More

This course at LinkedIn is dedicated to incorporating AI applications within a sales pipeline workflow. Students learn about AI as it relates to sales-related topics, such as lead generation, personalization and campaign optimization. 4. AI 360 Academy: Sales

This course by the Chief Executive Group (CEG) is designed to help sales leaders learn how to use generative AI in their business. 6. Salesforce Certified AI Associate

This self-paced program by Salesforce offers foundational skills in responsible AI and data use and covers several areas: AI fundamentals; AI capabilities in CRM; ethical considerations of AI; and data for AI. Sales reps learn about Salesfores Trusted AI Principles as well as data management, security, common business and productivity tools and Salesforce Customer 360. Salesforce provides various study resources for sales pros to prepare for certification exam: an outline, hands-on experience, a training course and a series of tasks and modules. There are over 24 hours of study materials. To take the program, sales reps should sign-up for Salesforce’s free Trailblazer account to be part of the company’s Trailblazer community. Sales reps can schedule their proctored 40-question exam online or on-site at a test center. The exam is currently $75.

7. Prepare for the Salesforce AI Associate Certification

This course at Udemy helps sales professionals pass the Salesforce AI Associate Certification, which is designed to incorporate some fundamental AI concepts that complement Salesforce Einstein CRM. Two lecturers guide students through 36 on-demand lectures totaling 1.5 hours. The result is a program that provides substantial educational value with the potential to fit into a salesperson’s busy schedule. 9. Dynamics 365: Customer Engagement for Sales

This certification course for a business solution comes from Futurelearn. This course focuses on customer relationship management (CRM) through using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
