Arkarag Chaudhuri is a management consultant specializing in digital transformation, globalization, engineering excellence, immersive and virtual customer experience, technological innovation, the digital economy, martech, virtual brand immersion, and virtual marketing, with over a decade of experience in research and consulting.
Currently working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms, he develops globalization strategies for Fortune 500 companies in India. He spearheaded globalization advisory research for Fortune 500 companies, publishing multiple thought leadership pieces and industry reports. Some of his work has been used to develop regulatory compliance frameworks for globalization in India and has been quoted in the Parliament of India during the Union Budget discussions.
Arkarag is now an Assistant Professor of Management at Alliance Business School, Alliance University, Bangalore. He is also pursuing a doctorate, focusing on virtual customer experience and its influence on brand attitudes. His research explores how immersive technologies reshape consumer experiences and brand perception. Throughout his career, he has authored several research papers and presented at national and international conferences. His work has been published in various outlets, including The Times of India, Evolution Auto India, and the XTIC-IIT Madras official newsletter.
He actively shares insights on digital branding, technology-driven customer engagement, immersive technology trends and globalization.
In his spare time, Arkarag enjoys exploring new technologies and their impact on customer experiences. He lives in Bengaluru and spends his weekends hiking and camping.
