Danny Keough is VP of customer success at SmartSense by Digi. He began his career on the baseball field coaching college athletics and scouting for various MLB baseball teams. Danny joined SmartTemps in 2014 to build the customer success organization. When Digi acquired SmartTemps in 2017, Danny became director of customer success at SmartSense. He now heads the entire team and ensures our customers achieve their desired outcomes.

An experienced manager and leader, Danny has a proven track record of success working with cross functional departments on strategic projects, meeting OKR’s, implementing ERP systems, and financial planning. Committed to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence, Danny has demonstrated the ability to establish a culture of continuous improvement in the teams he has led.

Danny holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and an MBA — both from Anderson University.
