Scott is currently Head of Digital Self-Serve at LastPass.
Scott has held leadership roles at major US companies like Google, Apple, Intuit, Marketo, Udacity, and HubSpot. In his most recent role at Clari, he led Digital Success, Scale, and Self-Serve programs. As a consultant, he’s worked with top firms like Adobe, Coursera, SAP, Sony, Oracle, Atlassian, and Microsoft, developing programs that drive customer engagement and self-service across the digital customer lifecycle.
Throughout his career, Scott has spoken at over 100 conferences on digital experience, engagement, and lifecycle management. He currently also advises and invests in a number of high-tech companies. Scott was born in New York City and has spent the second half of his life in San Francisco. He often describes himself as being slightly aggressive, confident and elbowy like a true New Yorker on the inside while maintaining calm and grounded demeanor of a true Californian on the outside.
