Tabitha Dunn is a Customer Experience (CX) and human-centric transformation senior executive who has built six best practice CX functions in global B2B organizations over the course of 20+ years in companies such as Philips, Citrix, Concur, SAP, and Ericsson. She currently leads customer experience and sales technology globally at Hitachi and serves as the 2023 Past Board Chair of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Tabitha completed training at the Stanford University School of Design Thinking and is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) with additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, project leadership, and change management.
