A SHRM report found that 84% of American workers said that poorly trained managers were the cause of a lot of unnecessary work and stress, with a further 57% of American workers saying managers in their workplace could benefit from training on how to be a better people manager. A New Company From Glint Team
Jim Barnett and Chih-Po Wen co-founded Wisq in Redwood City, Calif. in 2022. The two first met while at employee engagement analytics platform Glint, where Barnett was a co-founder and Wen was CTO. Building on their success with Glint, Barnett, Wen and the Wisq team shifted their focus to leadership transformation.
