NEW YORK — The IT infrastructure services provider Kyndryl is rolling out an expanded portfolio of services around Copilot for Microsoft 365.
The services by Kyndryl are intended to speed AI adoption in the workplace and help clients "maximize the business impact" of Copilot for Microsoft 365, according to the firm this month.
Kyndryl developed the services by using the experience from its internal IT transformation and Copilot deployment.
The services are part of Kyndryl's GenAI for the Workplace offerings.
Kyndryl plans to help customers build use cases to adopt Copilot for Microsoft 365 by aligning data services, data extensibility, user interface design and continuous improvement reporting.
The services are designed to enhance decision making, streamline operations and drive digital transformation.
As part of the services, Kyndryl consultants provide advisory, implementation and managed services, including ongoing IT support service.
