Cha’Von Clarke-Joell (CJ) is an AI ethicist, strategist and pracademic. She is the founder of CKC Cares Ventures Ltd, and Co-Founder and Chief Disruption Officer at The TLC Group. Her work focuses on ethical leadership, data dignity, digital resilience and human-centered AI systems under conditions of rapid technological acceleration.

CJ is the author of "The Digital Polycrisis" and creator of multiple human-centered AI frameworks, including the E-AMP Leadership Programme. She advises governments and global institutions on responsible innovation, privacy-first design and governance in complex socio-technical systems, integrating AI ethics and psychology, human-centered design and systems thinking and cultural intelligence. Her work is grounded, systems-aware and deeply human — centered on how leaders manage disruption with clarity, care and courage.
