Grant Spradlin

Grant is the VP of Product at Vertesia, a unified low-code platform for quickly building generative AI applications and agents at enterprise scale. Grant is a seasoned executive and dynamic leader with a passion for disruptive technology. With 20+ years of IT architecture, application integration, and content services expertise, Grant brings a unique blend of technical and business acumen. He helps organizations create enterprise solutions that seamlessly align strategy, architecture, and assets with business goals, driving innovation and measurable outcomes.

Prior to joining Vertesia, Grant was the VP of Client Engagement at iSoftStone, a global IT service and consulting company, where he led the sales and marketing teams. He also spent many years at Nuxeo, a leading enterprise content management (ECM) and digital asset management (DAM) platform that was acquired by Hyland Software in 2021. Having previously created Nuxeo’s Customer Success function and leading Nuxeo’s technical support, Grant has driven many evolutions in Nuxeo, including the Nuxeo system and cloud architectures, Nuxeo’s (AI) Insight Cloud, the 11B document benchmark, improving service SLAs for customers, and forming and leading the initial Nuxeo Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to connect Nuxeo customers with each other to develop deeper relationships and understanding of customer needs and priorities.

Grant studied information sciences and technology at Penn State University. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
