J.D. Little is a creative communicator, researcher, evangelist and a student of disruptive innovation. Beginning his career in traditional print publishing more than two decades ago, he has enjoyed a front-row seat to the digital transformation of that industry and to content management and delivery in general. More than that, he has worked with leaders in digital experience throughout his career, evolving with the changes that made possible the interwoven customer journeys we all traverse daily.

J.D. has worked as a solution consultant, sales engineer, technology evangelist, and product marketing manager for such innovative companies as Sitecore and Progress. Always learning and writing, he has contributed articles and blogs on content management, digital experience platforms and customer experience, blending humor into his thoughtful insights.

J.D. earned a master’s degree in publication management from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a BA from West Virginia University. He resides in Southwestern Penn. with his wife, Kit, three daughters and a menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and rabbits.
