Ricardo Saltz Gulko is the Managing Director of Eglobalis, the co-founder and visionary of the European Customer Experience Organization. He is a global strategist, thought leader, and customer experience practitioner, perceptive design analyses creator for Samsung and his clients, with a focus on customer adoption, experience and growth. Additionally, he is a keynote speaker in the areas of customer experience, simplification, and transformation, igniting innovation with employees, experience design, and global professional services.

Ricardo has worked with Samsung for several years, aiding the Samsung Group holdings and the several companies of this organization in enhancing their customer experience to drive adoption and improve design as their ability to ignite innovation. Extensive experience with tech giants like, Oracle, Ericsson, SAP, HP, Samsung, Amdocs and more. He holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, IL, USA, and pursued undergraduate studies in Information Systems and Industrial Engineering. Fluent in 5 languages. A Brazilian born, Israeli by choose and German citizen. Based in Munich, Germany. Besides his advisory board and hands on expertise driving companies he also served top organization as a global executive specializing in enterprise technologies customer experience, services and adoption. He collaborates with tech global companies aiming to transform themselves around simplification models, culture transformation, and customer and employee experience as professional services.

As a Type 1 diabetic, he is dedicated to eradicating diabetes for all. Part of the proceeds from the non-profit ECXO.org organizations, and finally, the forthcoming book, will go to the Faustman Lab. The Lab, based out of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, is tirelessly working towards its eradication.
