Tom leads the Customer Experience Transformation practice at TTEC Digital and has spent the last 30 years of his career focused on customer experience – helping brands improve their relationship with customers through people, process, technology, and strategy improvements. His technical background as a software engineer coupled with his experience as a senior partner for top global consulting firms make Tom uniquely qualified to navigate the modern CX landscape.

As a CEO who led a successful sale to private equity and 16 years as a partner and managing director at Deloitte and Accenture respectively, Tom has a wealth of experience as an operating executive with a focus on AI, B2B, and customer experience. Having worked across multiple industries, including hospitality, retail, financial services, health care, TMT, automotive, and business services, Tom brings a broad cross-industry perspective that fosters innovation and transformation.

Outside of work, Tom can be found traveling to sunny locations with his wife and daughters, working on home improvements, tinkering with model trains, and writing software.
