Hosted by VKTR Editorial Director Michelle Hawley, The Inference is a monthly interview series that brings together the people on the frontlines of enterprise AI — practitioners, strategists and leaders who are doing the work, not just talking about it.

Each episode features a candid, one-on-one conversation between Hawley and a guest who is actively navigating the challenges and opportunities of deploying AI in complex enterprise environments. The Inference launched with its first episode, “The Leadership Mindset Needed to Scale AI,” featuring Daniel Wu, course facilitator for Stanford’s AI Professional Program. The conversation explores what enterprise organizations consistently get wrong when approaching AI adoption — and what the most successful ones do differently.
